What this site collects

When you use the marketing site or contact form, we may collect:

• Name, work email, company, and message content you submit voluntarily
• Basic technical logs from our hosting provider (IP address, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention
• Cookieless analytics if enabled by your deployment (see environment configuration)

How we use it

• Respond to sales, support, and security inquiries
• Improve the website and documentation
• Meet legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse

We do not sell personal information collected through this site.

Webhook payload data

Marevans software runs in your environment. Payloads from Stripe, Shopify, and other providers are received, stored, and delivered inside infrastructure you operate. Marevans does not receive those payloads unless you explicitly send them to us (for example, in a support ticket with a redacted sample).

Retention

Contact form submissions and email threads are retained as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary business records, then deleted or anonymized according to our internal schedule unless law requires longer retention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal data we hold about you as a website visitor or prospect. Email hello@marevans.com to exercise these rights.

Subprocessors

We use infrastructure providers to deliver this website. Their privacy policies apply to that hosting. Your use of Marevans software in your cloud is subject to your agreement with that provider and your internal policies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
