Company

We build the webhook layer teams shouldn't rewrite.

Marevans makes self-hosted webhook ingress and relay. Verify signatures, queue durably, retry with backoff, and recover from failures without sending customer data through another vendor's cloud.

Background

Born from the same outage story.

A deploy took billing offline for twelve minutes. Stripe retried, but two events landed during a bad rollout and one never did. Finance reconciled for a week.

The fix was never “handle webhooks better in the controller.” It was a durable buffer, idempotency, and a place to replay after the service recovered. Every mature team eventually builds it, often more than once across microservices.

Marevans packages that layer as a product you deploy once, route every provider through, and operate with the same rigor as the rest of your platform. We focus on the gateway; you keep building what differentiates your business.

How we work

Principles that show up in the architecture.

  • Your data stays yours

We sell software that runs in your environment, not a hosted pipe that sees every payload. That tradeoff is intentional.

  • Boring on purpose

Queues, retries, and dead letters are solved problems, but every team rebuilds them after an incident. We productize the boring parts so you ship features.

  • Operability over demos

The event log, DLQ, and replay flows are first-class because that is what you need at 2 a.m., not a marketing screenshot.

  • Cloud-neutral

Reference deployments for AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and Kubernetes. You pick the provider, region, and key management that match your standards.
